We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics tools, or advertising pixels.
Purpose
Submitted data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry or quote request. We do not share it with third parties or use it for mass communications or marketing without your explicit consent.
Storage
Messages are processed through Formspree, a US-based form service that meets current security standards. Formspree forwards the message to our inbox and does not retain data permanently.
Your rights
Under Chilean Law 19.628 on Protection of Private Life, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing
